Themoresuppliersyouhavetochoosefrom,theeasieritwillbetoswitchtoacheaperalternative.Butiftherearefewersuppliers,andyourelyheavilyonthem,thestrongertheirposition–andtheirabilitytochargeyoumore.Thiscanimpactyourprofitability,forexample,ifyou'reforcedintoexpensivecontracts.
