IncrementalCommitmentAgreementmeanseachIncrementalCommitmentAgreementinsubstantiallytheformofExhibitF(appropriatelycompleted,andwithsuchmodificationsasmaybereasonablysatisfactorytotheAdministrativeAgent)executedanddeliveredinaccordancewithSection2.14.InitialTermLoanmeansthetermloanmade,ortobemade,totheBorrowerbytheTermLoanLenderspursuanttoSection4.1.TermLoanExtensionSerieshasthemeaningsetforthinSection2.16(a).
